A weekly one-hour lesson means a lot of your time is spent remembering what you did seven days ago. An intensive course removes that problem entirely: you drive most days, skills stack on top of each other, and progress is fast because nothing has time to fade.
We clear all other lessons and obligations from our diary during your course, so you get our full, undivided attention for the fortnight. That is the reason the hourly rate is higher than a weekly package — you are booking our whole schedule, not an hour of it.

Great for nervous drivers
An intensive course is one of the best ways to get over nerves. You drive most days with the same patient instructor, so you never lose your confidence in a long gap between lessons, and every day starts from where the last one finished. We go at your pace, start on quiet roads, and only move on when you are ready.
Who they do not suit
The only people we steer away from intensive courses are those who cannot take the time off work, or free up full days, to complete one. A course needs you available most days for a week or two. If that is not possible, weekly lessons fit around your job instead. Call us and we will give you a straight answer about which one fits.

How the pass guarantee works
If you do not pass your first practical test with us, we pay for your next attempt, and we find you a new test date within 8 weeks. Call before you book and we will walk you through exactly how it applies to your course and dates.
Changing or cancelling a course
Because we clear the diary around a course, an intensive needs 2 weeks’ notice to move or cancel — longer than the 48 hours we ask for on a single lesson. Inside two weeks the course fee remains payable, since the time can no longer be offered to anybody else. It is all set out on the cancellation policy page.
