If driving frightens you, you are not unusual

A large share of the people who call us are nervous. Some have never driven and are dreading it. Some failed a test years ago and never went back. Some had an instructor who shouted, or a near miss that stuck. Some are returning to the wheel after an accident.

None of that is a character flaw and none of it makes you a lost cause. It just means the lessons need to be run differently.

How we teach nervous learners

  • We start somewhere genuinely quiet. Empty industrial estates and quiet residential roads, not a main road on day one.
  • Nothing is a surprise. You will know what a lesson is going to cover before you get in the car.
  • You set the pace. We do not move on to something new because a syllabus says it is week three. We move on when you are ready.
  • No shouting, ever. Mistakes are information, not a reason to raise a voice.
  • You can stop. If a lesson gets overwhelming, we pull over somewhere safe and take a minute. That is not a failure.

Automatic often helps

If anxiety is the main obstacle, an automatic car removes the clutch and gears from the equation and takes a meaningful chunk of the mental load away. It is worth considering.

Your instructors

Saira has been teaching for 12 years and Daniyal for 9, and working with anxious learners is a large part of what both of them do. Both teach in English and Urdu. You can ask for a female or male instructor when you book and we will do our best to match you.

A first phone call, not a commitment

If it would help to talk it through before booking anything, call or message us and just say you are nervous. We will not push a package on you.

Talk To Us First

Tell us what you are worried about and we will explain exactly how the first lesson would go. No pressure and no obligation.
